Sonia El-Sherif is the Chief of Staff at JLL Spark Global Ventures, where she leads operations, data strategy, and global expansion initiatives for the firm’s venture fund. She is an investor and strategy leader focused on frontier technologies across venture capital, international policy, and tech diplomacy. Her work includes establishing strategic global partnerships and supporting market entry efforts, particularly in the Middle East. She also serves on the advisory council of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue and is an active member of several global venture and executive networks.
